This book is an open forum for their voices and ideas and concerns for the 21st and 22nd centuries survival for them and for all humanity and the planet and nature. It is also intended to share best practise or ideas which have worked for some groups and for others to try for themselves to improve peoples lives.

The indigenous groups who believe green economics as the institute has constructed it- and come to the Green Economics Institute and who are in touch with us regularly come from all over the world, from the Arctic Circle to the Congo to the Amazon and we welcome them here warmly as part of our Institute global family.

The most fascinating challenge of human development- we either learn or we are finished. We have become too powerful and too stupid to survive like this.

Our ultimate survival challenge has arrived.
